Delivery Policy
We know you've got a lot of choices when it comes to shipping companies, but we're proud that our customers can count on us for fast delivery. We offer standard FedEx/UPS/USPS rates and all orders are shipped within 24 hours.
If you place an order after 12:00 p.m. Eastern time on a Friday, your shipment will not ship out until Monday morning. We offer overnight and Saturday delivery options but they're not available for orders placed on Friday evenings or over the weekend.
The following are options for delivery and estimated transit times.

White Glove Shipping
Some items are eligible for white glove delivery. What this means is that a technician will deliver the product, bring it inside your home and set it up. If you choose white glove delivery, please keep in mind that once the item has shipped it cannot be canceled. Any order canceled after it has shipped will result in the customer being responsible for the shipping charges.
Alaska and Hawaii and P.O. Boxes Shipping
We regret that due to carrier restrictions, we cannot ship any orders or products into either Alaska or Hawaii and unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Military APO, FPO and DPO
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
U.S. Territories Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands
If you live in Puerto Rico, Guam, or other U.S. territories, you may order online. However, additional shipping and handling charges will apply. Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories are charged international shipping and handling charges. Please select our "international" option during checkout.
International Orders
Currently, we are partnered with UPS to service our international customers. We have additional charges related to shipping, duties or tax that you can review before completing your purchase.
International Restrictions
International shipping is not always a breeze, but fortunately we've got you covered with our comprehensive list of restrictions. If an item on your shopping cart has size or customs issues that prevent it from being shipped internationally then just click " remove" in order to remove them before checking out.
